I have the best friend in the world! Liz is awesome and truly a blessing in my life. She just so happens to be married to a fireman. So the firestation we went! Ethan was so excited he screamed the whole way there.. Ha
*Side note: the title of this post is a firetruck noise. I just thought I'd clarify in case you thought I was really weird..

Mark took us for a ride in the fire truck. Oh man the kids faces was pure joy hearing the sirens!! It was such a fun experience and one to always remember!

My big boy!

Well just wanted to post some fun pictures of Ethan lately.

He is a joy to have in our family. He's always keeping us entertained with lots of laughs. His new word right now is "uh oh!" and he purposely drops things so he can say it. He has a favorite show-Shaun the sheep. Everytime I turn on the computer he says "Baaahh". Speaking of.. He can say all animal sounds. Its oh so cute! I video taped him at Christmas. Maybe I could get them on here somehow. Not sure.
Today is Ethan's first day in underwear! Besides nap and night time.
He's doing so well and I'm so proud of him! He's been 50/50 since 18 months. I've been so scared of making it happen and he regresses but he's been so awesome I'm so proud! *Update- he's been in underwear for 1.5 weeks and we're doing pretty well! I've started doing things a little different but he's learning to better communicate with me about going potty and we're working on nap time without a diaper!

He LOVES trucks. I thought he was maybe getting out of that stage but nope he's going strong. He has at least 10 trucks, small and big.
The other night E surprised us with saying Light bulb. He said it so perfectly. We were both shocked!

When we read a book with a door, he knocks on it of course! If there is a shoe, he tries to put it on. Who wouldn't?? ;)

K so cheesy but oh so true. Matt is my world and I am SOOOO thankful for each and every day with him. (No joke!)

Its been 4 years since we said Yes! Where did the time go? I feel like I've lived in this house for a year or less and its almost been 3! Yikes time flies when your having fun :)


Matt is sooo for me! He's definitely made me a heck of a lot better wife and mom without a doubt he is amazing!! His mama raised him well.

Over the 4 years we've come a long way. Our first year and a half was rough! Holy gees. But now we sometimes get on each others nerves and brush it off. We aren't perfect but man life with him is good! Not perfect but GOOD.


1st year- Graduation!! Matt had his batchelor's and I had a surprise party for him that his Gpa and Uncle came from CA which was a complete surprise

2nd year- Our house! So exciting and really fun to grow together in the stages of life. We love this house but are so ready to get out of here! :)

3rd year Ethan! Ethan is amazing and a joy! He brings so much to life and life would be way way too boring without him! I often think what the heck I did before being a mom and never want to remember. Being his mom is definitely a gift.

4th year- Working!(BOO) That sums up this year. Matt's been working a TON! But thankfully Ethan gets to see him for a few hours each day. I love to watch them together! This year has been our growing year for sure. Not physically but emotionally and spiritually. We've both learned a lot!

Tonight we celebrated the day even though it was on Thursday. We did babysitting swap with a friend so Ethan chilled there and we went to Coal Burger. It was kind of like Joe's Farm Grill. As Matt says it was less line(no line) and way more neat that Joe's but that's the only difference. But before we went to the best Goodwill. I used to go there in Tempe. It was in Ahwatukee. We got a super nintendo and lots of games. I'm so excited!!! SO many kid memories with that thing! And then after dinner we went and played at Golf land. It was such a blast! We did go carts and then played games and won Ethan a sword and other toys. Overall it was a great night to spend with Matt.
Ps. I so won at air hockey! 7-3!!!!!!!!!!
